MISSION
To work closely with local, state and federal resource providers in bringing
responsive and consistent economic development assistance to the people of
north central Nebraska.
Area Description:
The North Central Nebraska Resource
Conservation Development and Planning (RC&D) Council was established in
April of 1974 and is sponsored by the six counties of Boyd, Brown, Cherry,
Holt, Keya Paha and Rock counties, 26 communities and five Natural Resource
Districts. This includes over 7.6 million acres or 1,198 square miles. The
RC&D is a 502(c)(3) nonprofit organization which allows them to secure
grants and to receive individual donations that are tax deductible by the
donor.
